AC Milan CEO Giorgio Furlani has confirmed that the club’s aim for the 2025/26 season is to win the Serie A title.

This summer, the team has changed again with Massimiliano Allegri returning to the coaching position and Igli Tare becoming the new sporting director. Furlani confirmed that the goal this season is to win the championship.

“I’m not trying to hide anything and there’s no point in trying to hide anything. Last season didn’t go the way we wanted,” Furlani said. “We start the season with the same goal every year: to fight for the championship in the tournament we’re in.”

“Tare and Allegri are important additions to our structure. We are working with them to make sure this season is a successful one. The first feeling is great, but until we get on the pitch and win, it doesn’t matter.”

“Both are excellent professionals with a lot of experience, highly respected and their careers and the trophies in their cabinet are a great testament to that and I would like to reiterate that our aim is to win trophies. We work well together and hopefully the first game on August 23 will be good.”
